I am a portrait photographer from Mauritius. I do mostly black and white portraits. My portrait work has been widely published. I will be publishing in October 2022 a coffee table book of my favourite portraits. I find portrait work truly fascinating. It is a way, I feel, to unravel the soul of the other, to discover its humaness behind the mask that we wear. I think that portrait photography is poetry ( I am also a poet ) with light. I am looking forward to do more portraits in the coming works. I am working on several projects at the moment.
