I am particularly fond of black and white which produces timeless images, where nothing distracts from the subject, from the light. Only the essential remains: forms, emotions, matter and contrast. Black and white allows us to be at a « just » distance from reality.

I wish to immortalize these glances, these strokes of light on the grain of the skin with the people I meet in the moment of an encounter. I feed on artists who have taught me to see: Frank de Mulder, Herb Ritts, Annie Leibovitz, Marc Lagrange, Hervé Lewis, Martial Lenoir, Marc Lamey, Helmut Newton, Jeanloup Sieff, Hellen von Unwerth, Giovanni Gastel, Bettina Rheims, Robert Mapplethorpe, Peter Lindbergh. And so many others…

A shooting session is a rich and exciting experience: it is each time a meeting, a very strong exchange, a delicate alchemy, a small parenthesis out of time very precious…
To take advantage of this, I try to share expectations, projects and ideas with each model beforehand, so that we can work out our session together and make it an exceptional moment. The place, the accessories, the make-up, the type of light and the atmosphere are essential to the construction of the project.
I am an amateur photographer, to be confident, a contract is signed to define the use and rights to the image. Except for particular projects, on the basis of the selected photos that I have highlighted, I provide you with your photos in high definition in digital format.
