I'm an experienced Retoucher (and a Photographer) from Ukraine. But now have to build my life (and my portfolio) from zero in Germany. High-Quality Retouching demands time, knowledge, experience, taste, visual aesthetics and memory, "the eye" for "too much" or "not enough" and can be visible only to a Pro! Yes, we all see this world differently, and this a good retoucher should also take into account and be capable to adjust. The best is, of course, when the photographer and retoucher have more or less same vision, then they can truly effectively work in tandem and create unique high-quality products. And this is what I'm hoping here to find!
I work in Lightroom and Photoshop, on Mac Retina, with Wacom. Can do a batch Raw-conversion and pre-color correction in CameraRaw/Lightroom on demand. But retouching and refining, as well as the fine-tuned color grading (including the one - "according to a reference photo") are always on photo-per-photo pixel-per-pixel basis.
