Hello,

  First off...  I'm really not a traditional model.  I don't have "the look"  I haven't got a fine, chiselled jawline or other superb facial features.  I have a fairly decent physique, but I live a life that doesn't always keep it safe, so I often have surface wounds and such.  I'm only 5'6", which is great if you're casting a stormtrooper for a Star Wars movie, but a bit on the short side by male modeling standards.  On top of that, I'm rather on the pale side.

  Back in the day, I did nude figure posing for art classes for a while.  Though I enjoyed being part of an artistic process, holding a pose for 15-20 minutes at a time became exhausting.

  For the past dozen years, I've been a photographer of female artistic nudes, and have had a photographer profile on here for several years.  I've connected with a few models on this site, but over the years, the number of local female models active on here has slumped quite a bit.

  Out of curiosity, the other day I did a search on male models in the area, and it was even more of a desert.  So, I just kind of figured I'd put up a profile and see if there are any artists out there that might have some interesting ideas I'd like to be a part of.

  Admittedly, early 50s is probably a bit late in life to be doing this, but I think this vehicle is still in fairly photogenic shape, given the miles.  But, like I said, there's even fewer active male models on here than female, so maybe I'll find a few interesting gigs.

  The more creative a shoot concept is, the more likely I will be to accept a gig.  I have no modesty issues, so I have absolutely no problem doing nude modeling, under the right conditions.

  That being said, I DO NOT do EXPLICIT, or EROTIC nudes, this is about art.

  Also...  I ONLY do SOLO nude shoots and that's an absolute.  I will not pose with another person, be it male or female.

  I'm not very open to traveling many miles for a shoot because I drive an absolute dinosaur guzzler.  And I've had experience with booking models and know that when a model has to arrange a ride to a shoot in advance, Murphy's Law says it will likely end in disappointment.

  My basic compensation rates for my time are  $45 an hour for clothed/ costumed modeling and $90 an hour for full or implied nude modeling.  Rates may vary depending upon whether I find the project interesting or not, and the amount of access I have to the resulting images.
