I have been working out on and off for many years. I am focused on maintaining my health and wellness. I really enjoy helping others and am currently working on obtaining my NSCA personal training certificate. I dream of being a fitness model, and although the thought of being in a competition scares me, It may be a great challenge for me!! My family is the most important thing in the world to me. I have 3 beautiful boys and Bella, my great dane. I love taking time for myself in the gym and working up a good sweat. I think taking time for ME is a great stress reliever and keeps me focused on what is important in my life. My family is always on the go, taking kids to the football games and their baseball games.
