Originally from Baku City of the former Soviet Union Republic, Sam has been an integral part of the Mark Garrison team since March of 2000. His talent, outstanding drive and ability to learn quickly earned him a position as a Master Colorist.  A unique creative vision coupled with a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor gave him the tools to develop a large following of loyal clientele. One of the ways that Sam proved his skill as a color technician was by creating a new technique of color application for highlights which cut the process time substantially shorter without affecting the quality. Sam was selected to represent the L’Oreal Color Group at numerous International Shows and educational programs across the country. He also performed makeovers for TV shows including “The View”, “VH1 Date Patrol”, and “Life And Style”.  Sam’s work has also been seen in magazines such as “Health”, “Modern Bride”, “Shape”, “Good Housekeeping”, and “Self”.
