I graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle in 2008 majoring in photography. I grew up in Covington, 45 minutes SE of Seattle, and for as long as I can remember I have always had a love for photography and a camera in my hand. My junior year in high school is when I decided that I was going to go to school at the art institute of Seattle for photography and less than a month after graduation I started school for photography. Throughout my two years of school designing shoots from overall look to hair became inspired by my hair and makeup artist to go to school for hair. Hair has not only been another passion of mine but now can be another trade under my belt and a tool to make my work as a photographer better.  After graduating from The Art Institute of Seattle in late 2008 I enrolled with Gene Juarez in January 2009. Now I am currently working at a salon in Queen Anne and West Seattle (Coco&Co on facebook) as a hair stylist 7 days a week. As a photographer I am busy year round with weddings, portraits, and creative shoots for both personal (photography portfolio) and salon images (Hair stylist portfolio). My hard work as a student for the last three years is now paying off and I love my job both as a photographer and hair stylist.
