One thing is for sure- I love the talent industry! I've had years behind and in front of the camera. I may be shooting some great talent signed with top agencies such as Ford and Shirley Hamilton, to name a couple, but I'm as real as can be. I understand where you, as talent, are coming from and how you feel...because I've been there too. One actor even said to me, "Shooting with you is like going to therapy." (I'm pretty sure he meant it in a good way.) Before getting into shooting headshots and composites, I did everything- from the gruntwork (working as an extra, handing out flyers as a promo model, and acting in student films) to more lucrative gigs such as SAG work. I've been seen on stages in the windy city, and I've taken classes in dance, voice, and acting where you may have studied as well. I've worked in the agency setting, booking and discovering new talent, down to working as a gopher in a photography studio. I've also had A LOT of headshots taken. I decided to combine a few of my passions into one: photography, performing, and my enjoyment of helping talent. I truly believe it was inevitable that I would start shooting headshots and composites.
