Im Sam from Brisbane, Australia. I'm proud to be half filo and half australian. I do love my chicken adobo and a juicy steak from time to time. Other than cooking and eating food my passions lie within IT as I study this at TAFE and also by having a very active social life.

I do strive for the "good" things in life but not try to take it all too serious all of the time. However, my short term goals are to finish my course and to expose myself to this industry.
