Hola, My name is Joa and I am a Venezuelan women who loves life. I am also canadian an I am a health educator focused on Postural Restoration, a Personal Trainer and a Yoga-Taichi-Pilates Instructor. I've been doing modelling for the past 20 years. Besides that, I love to speak in public and raise awareness about health and support to low advantage communities from Venezuela. I love travelling, walking barefoot, doing yoga, dancing and cooking.

I competed for 5 years in fitness shows and now I empower young talent to stay healthy and to everyone to get proper habits for mental, physical and emotional health. I teach Yoga since 2010 and now I teach every full moon a yoga nidra with a sound bath. A way to give back to the world love and peace through the power of breath and sound.
