Originally from St. Louis Missouri I currently reside in Brooklyn New York where I facilitate and participate in the process of the photo shoot.  As a photographer I am interested in how the spirit and form of the individual activates the two dimensional photographic plane. The focus of my work is on stretching and modifying the creative boundaries pertaining to the photograph and how that communicates to the viewer.  I toured film festivals as a documentary band photographer and had the opportunity to shoot great performers such as Les Claypool and The Drive By Truckers. I gained oodles of knowledge as an editorial photographer for Hipster Magazine in terms of how to conduct a comfortable, fast and editorially effective photograph. I am a creative people person and believe that a photo shoot should be a fun, innovative and collaborative experience.
