I am a photographer and best selling author of numerous photographic instruction books. I created the Snaphots to Great Shots series of books for Peachpit Press and have authored 13 books in the series. Writing books on photography means I am always having to build my portfolio of images to keep things fresh. I don't use MM often but find that it is a great place to scout for subjects for shooting assignments.
