About Me

Welcome.

I'm David, a photographer who started as a hobbyist while I lived in Alaska, and turned it into a profession when I moved to Rochester, New York. Although I don't shoot full time anymore, I still do some freelance work for a couple of friends' studios from time to time.

My full time job is civil service, and I work different evenings every week and every other weekend, so my schedule varies.  Therefore, I'm only doing photography on the side.  I try to shoot only during weekdays, due to my job and wanting to spend off evenings and weekends with my family. However, exceptions can sometimes be made.

I enjoy using natural lighting and backgrounds. I am very professional and easy to work with. I love to try new things and recreate beautiful scenes from the past. I am also open to ideas that the model has and wants to try.

I don't mind doing TFP/TFCD, but of course paid work take a higher priority. I can produce references if necessary.
