Colorful. Expressive. Soft. Dramatic. Creative. Powerful.

When it comes to makeup, many adjectives can come to mind to describe its diverse aspects. Its polyvalence makes it essential to a myriad of areas: may it be fashion, photography, cinematography, dance, opera, theatre, body art or simple everyday life.

Makeup, its use differing from one area to another, can take on many roles and meanings. To a performer, makeup is the reflection of his personage. To a catwalk model, it is an entity with a designer's creation. To a makeup artist such as myself, makeup is a creational tool with limitless potential.

My experience in makeup artistry has brought me many memorable moments. In it I have met with many areas of the makeup industry such as fashion photography, opera, theatre and the beauty industry.
