Hello, my name is CeCe.  I've been doing hair/make-up for all types of photography for about 20 years now.  I enjoying doing anything from the girl next door to BOHEMIAN, fashion forward styles.  I own a hair salon in Eugene, OR.  I am working on building my portfolio again in fashion shoots.  So i have limited pics and would like to work out a trade or discounted deal with models in my area.  I charge a flat day rate and do travel to location.  My fees are based on location and looks needed for that days shoot.

  AND WILLING TO HELP YOU SUCCEED WITH ANY ADVICE
  AND HELP NEEDED
*  WORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH AN IN SALON EDUCATOR
*  SHOP SPECIALIZES IN : special effects (vibrant stain color)
    blonding, razor cuts, EXTENSIONS (all types), hair etching,
    HIGH LIFTING blonding, AND  DETOX FOOT BATHS.

We are apart of the CHOOSE  LOCAL campaign here in dwntown Eugene, which apart of the dwntwn map being produced here and passed out to the colleges, hotels, restaurants, and local participating businesses.  (just look for the CHOOSE LOCAL signs in the windows of these businesses).  Also available on the CHOOSE LOCAL website we advertise with different monthly promos.

We advertise on myspace, craigslist, yahoo, weekly, And the POPULAR student survival guide, and Model Mayhem.

We are well know in the community for doing the kind of hair other salons refuse to do, or won't do.  We are not limited to one kind of clientele but all over the map.  You would be surprised who walks thru our doors. We often get different kinds of celebrities from Jenine James (Jesse james ex), all the way to famous athletics passing through.
