I have somewhat retired without ever really making the decision to do so. Changes in my life and my body have affected my ability to be the model I once was. I am busier, older (duh), less thin (more muscular - but more bulk means I'm no longer able to create the unique lines and shapes for which I was once known by some), I have roller derby aches, and I'm tattooed - and loving it, so unless you're one of approximately three specific people, I don't care about your opinion on the matter. I might also have tan lines at times.

I still love photography very much; I may do a fair amount more behind the camera than in front of it. Hell, my tattoo has the lens of my Rolleiflex integrated.
I will still work with certain special people on occasion. I love you, and you probably know who you are. You are the type that wants to shoot me because of our friendship or because I'm me. You won't care what my current hairstyle is or that I don't have chicken legs anymore. It's those 1am 'we've-had-a-few' shoots that sometimes end up great anyway. I will work my ass off for you, paid or not.
I will also entertain occasional paid work. If you really, really want to work with me, throw out some numbers. Or travel expenses. I am back in the US now but do return to Europe occasionally. I will work my ass off for you too.

Due to being mostly retired, I am not always prompt about replying to messages, but I will check periodically. I also have a massive backlog of friend requests.

I am a versatile, published professional with credits and references. I have at times been called 'muse' by a special few, and I do not use that term lightly.

I do not have the most beautiful face, nor a perfect body. However, I do know how to pose and am willing to make a fool of myself in pursuit of a good shot.
I can also pose for life artists.

~I show up on time, prepared, and wearing a great big genuine smile. (I laugh. A lot!)

~I am available for paid assignments with photographers of any level. If you're a newer photographer, I bring my experience to the table and enjoy sharing what I've learned.
~Also available for very select TFwhatever (P, CD, sushi, shoes, etc). I don't put a price on art, and I'm always willing to discuss things!
~If makeup, hair, and/or styling is needed, our results will usually be far better if it is not done by me. I love collaboration with all members of a team.
~My house can potentially be used as a shoot location. It's a nice older home near Westport.

~My skin is clear and smooth, with a few minor imperfections. I avoid tight clothing before a shoot.
~I look good in my glasses. I also have contacts. My eyes change colour.

I have a music degree and a media studies concentration from St. Olaf College, and a post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate. I play violin (29 years experience) and a few other instruments, and I sing a little.
