Is there a good place to go or send photo for big print I am looking to have a photo blown up to have framed to put on a wall the image size is 1.67MB is that big enough going for 24x30 in will that work and where can I get it done at a good price

The file size in pixels is a better indicator than size in determining whether you can blow up an image.  But a good way to tell is to resize it in Photoshop (using the crop tool) and look at it at 100%.  If it looks good then it should print good. 

There are a ton of places that can print 24x30's.  Unfortunately, I use a lab in Michigan and can't really recommend one but others will chime in.
