I like it--there's great, unobtrusive Flash there.  I suppose my primary criticism is that it moves at a Connecticut pace, rather than an NYC pace, but that's your clientelle.  I just hate waiting to see a photo any longer than it takes to download it.  To exaggerate, the second it takes for the wipe to finish feels like an eternity.

I'm sure you considered the order and contents of the galleries carefully, but I'm not sure that you need to seperate men's and women's headshots.

(And ask a mod to move this to the critiques forum. smile)

yea - it seems a little slow to me too but I'm not sure how to fix that....  I've seen lots of sites where the men are seperate so that was my logic there (follow the examples)

would the slowness have to do with the host?
