Hey ladies.  Just a thought about professionalism, when a photographer contacts you and offers you a job, please be professional and respond.

I don't care if you just say, "no thanks" or "that's not for me" or "you're rates are too low" or "there is no way in hell I'd ever pose for a loser like you"  Just as long as you say something.

If you want to be a professional llama, you have to act like it and that means checking your mail daily and responding to the offers that you receive.

That's just my 2 cents.

Good luck....

I know a very good pro llama friend that the last time I checked she had 600 new emails - she never checks email...

I think email is a love hate for most..

But I do aggree it sure would be nice to at least know if they even looked at your work..

* Nods in agreement *

Takes a "no response" as an indication they think I'm a loser and an outcast.

Basically this is why most models don't respond.  Sometimes I'll email the same model 3 times that week.  Most of the time they will get back after that.  If that don't work, make the subject line catchy.

...but then my competitive sense kicks in and I realize there's a possibly one, or two shifty photographers are out there telling them my work is shit and not to shoot with me. That happens a lot more than we know.

My work speaks for itself. I'm a rockstar.
