Does anyone know of a good software program to create photo albums on a website?  I just want something simple, something that is easy to understand.  thanks

Two that I know of and use.  Jalbum and Simpleviewer.  Both free and available for download.

If you have Photoshop, there is a web photo gallery creator under the File-Automate command.

You can also have it create a web photo gallery and rename the "index" file to "click me" and burn the folder to c.d. 

Then tell your model to simply insert the c.d. into their computer and click on the "click me" file, and they get a free "browser" view of all their images.
