Hey all,

Since I'm kinda getting back into the game I'm dealing with a lot of newer, less experienced models.

Is there a checklist of things to tell the model to do before the shoot... things like

1) get plenty of rest the night before
2) don't foods that make you retain water

ya know that sort of stuff

Don't make any drastic changes to your features or use completely new chemical products - Dyeing your hair, using a fake-tan, using a new hair removal cream, et cetera. You can't be 100 percent sure of the outcome, so make sure if you do something like that, it's not any time near a shoot.

4) Make sure you (the model) are serious about shooting, and that you have a true passion for modeling and are willing to put forth ATLEAST 110% effort into the shoot.
