If you have neighborhoods that are cultural (other nations) they are bound to have stores that cater to their cultural styles. Give them a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised. They provide me with either very discounted custom suits or in some cases free suits in return for rights to photos for promotion. The price is usually comparable to off the rack designer suits, but these are custom fitted to the model. I'm sure where you are you can find similar designers.
