He loves hanging out on your shoulders. Pig acts like a dog/bear/ferrit. As a joke, we call him the Man-Bear-Pig. He's a Bermese with huge blue eyes.  I also have 2 cockateals that talk, Munch (after my favorite detective from Law & Order SVU and he nibbles a lot)and Frankie(left). Frankie is Munch's father. Munch loves to model and to stick his head in his ceramic food dish and sing to himself.  I also have 2 parakeets named Patches and Maevb. Maevb mimics but does not talk. Patches is just crazy..I think he's mentally handicapped. Patches is IN LOVE with my b/f.  And finally Sprout my little green and blue Parotlet who loves only me. Likes to tickle my neck and burrow in my hair. Pig is afraid of the birds if they are out. As a kitten he was counter attacked but my green cheaked conure. He likes playing Peek-a-booh with them...but anything other action other than that sends Pig running. Apr 24 08 10:56 pm Link here are my girls Mz. Cute babies everyone has! This is Bugs-Leigh, she's a BUG- Boston Terrier and Pug mix. I unfortunately became allergic to her after having her for a year and a half. Now she lives with her daddy Eric Striffler in the Hamptons. I haven't seen her in about 2-3 years and wish i could just cuddle up to her :_( Me and her in Savannah, GA  Me letting her pretend she can sneak unnoticed to get a lick of Thanksgiving leftovers!!  Her taking a nap on her FAVORITE part of the couch...  Jul 03 08 08:52 pm Link Tazzy or Tazz!    My baby Tazz..... got her in 99. Yeah she has one brown eye now and one green.... no idea why. She is sick right now.... she is strictly an outside cat and she got hurt and has a abscess by her butt, under her tail. :-( We are too poor to get xrays and test done but we got meds and hopefully she will get better soon. She's adorable, loves hugs and kisses, cries like a baby:  And just for kicks, this isn't my dog but rather a dog who was running around Alamo Square Park Sunday (SF) with half a rubber chicken. Mar 10 10 06:09 pm Link this is the best thread ever, you all have so many sweet faces in your lives. too many to count, i looked at all of them.. i must say the makeup bitch definitely stood out.. this is a blog post i wrote 2 years ago on our doggie's birthday. i'd post a link but i have my family blog restricted.. so bear with me as i gloat..  Happy Birthday Ace-a-nator, Acey, Acey-boo-boo! Ace came into our family four years ago. We adopted him as therapy for my son who was severly afraid of dogs, cats, birds, etc. His fear began when he was quite little with a couple of traumatizing experiences with mean dogs. At 7 years old it was escalating and we knew we had to do something, so we decided we needed a family pet. We searched and searched for a dog, we visited many shelters and considered a few dogs, it was really hard for my son to visit each place, he just couldn't look at all those dogs. Finally on a Saturday at Pets Mart, the Nye County Shelter had rescue dogs in the store. Ace was just as timid as my son. Ace buried his nose in my arm, he just couldn't look at all those people. We took him to a quiet corner of the store to see how they would react, my son was peeking out from behind my husband and Ace was peeking out from behind me. He was 4 months old and a perfect match. So we took him home. You can see my son's apprehension, we had to coax him next to Ace in this picture, this is the day we brought him home.  And as you can see, it worked...
