There's nothing wrong with home-schooling. Teaching children requires a lot of personal responsibility, fortitude, conscience and the teachings should transcend nationalism and socialism and stick to practical and functional academics and literacy. Why center learning and character development around useless topics such as preserving ones race? There's nothing wrong being proud of your nationality. When the pride gets mixed with hate and ends up being used to put down others who are different is when it's wrong. The parents of these beautiful children are very irresponsible, short-sighted and extremely paranoid. They should be demoted as teachers in my opinion. I used to get jumped a lot by older kids from different nationalities and eventually, I learned how to fight. My family could've easily taught me to be a racist. Obviously, I had the proper outside motivations that, combined with my military training and my wits, could make for a pretty effective racist, but also a criminal one that would eventually get innocent people killed along the way, and wind up getting caught and jailed. Who wants to lose their basic freedom and privileges for something pathetic and petty such as, "well, there were too many people in my neighborhood who aren't the same as me and this {insert color here} guy was looking at me wrong". That's pretty fukkin dumb! My family wanted better for me growing up in America. Living in America, especially in California, who the hell has enough time to even think along the lines of Adolf Hitler, or other color purist preservist terrorist? Geesus! I love diversity. I thrive in a community where people are the same, or different than me. I enjoy foods, wine and song from other places! What's not to enjoy and appreciate? Oh. And the fact that these two clowns of parents and so-called educators are using their disarming kids to tout their racist beliefs is just plain low-class. You don't see other nationalities doing that except in some parts of the Middle-East where the religious purists teach their young that the two young and talented girls from Bakersfield California are "infidels" -- just like the rest of us. I have no prejudice, although I see as much racism in the black community as I do any others. This aptly-called racism that these girls promote would be perfectly accepted if the girls were black, and the situation were reversed and y'all know it. We have Black Pride, Black history month, a Black Yellow Pages directory, BET network, Kwanzaa, the list of celebrations for the African-American race goes on and on, and I think it's wonderful. But caucasians don't dare have the same type of labeling going on, or they are immediately tagged as "racist". The race card is played far too often these days, and it does way more harm than good. We typically use it on ourselves. This isn't to say that we don't have hate crimes and such against other races but we typically are understanding. Consider after the first Rodney King trial Black folks destroyed their communities same as in when Dr. King was killed. Yes we did harm some Whites , Asians and some bussiness but mostly our own.
