I posed and found myself looking directly at at absolutely gorgeous woman who was dressed to delight. Definitely not the artist smock. She knew I had was having difficulty, because she had a devilish smile; but I was able to combat it. I know some guys think about baseball, but I was a volunteer firefighter--so I put my mind at a 6 alarm fire and that imagery dissuaded any physical discomfort. But as others have said, there is usually no action because of the professionalism and the task. I have done nude scenes in films and theatre with no problem. And actually, the nervous bit is very accurate. I have visited 100+ nudist clubs and rarely is there an erection from first time visitors. They are too nervous. And if there is a response, they are politely told to cover with a towel. If the guy doesn't cover, he is clearly into something not associated with wholesome nudism and that individual is told to leave. I just concentrate on the work rather than anything else and its all fine from there. I have been told by my photographer friend however that you would be surprised at how many guys get hard as soon as it touches fresh air.
