I don't have a lot of faith in their website to be honest. You have to go to the store and ask for an application form, then fax it off.

I know you can go to the MUFE and Temptu store in NYC and receive the pro discount there.  MUFE gives you a card, but you dont really need to show it to them because they have your info in their data so they just look you up.

I contacted Inglot and they do offer a discount program for professional make up artists but you need to go to their store. They offer a discount once you show them your creditials.

I believe that is true. (Yeah I know this is from 4 months ago, but I just saw it so better late than never) I don't know how to sign up, but I know a couple other artists who use a lot of their product.  The only thing is the discounted items are all marked as "samples" very clearly.
