Just a warning. i'm from Cincinnati. in addition to us not getting issued any culture or political relevance, they also forgot to hand us an accent. so i'm the neutral blank slate that all other speaking twangs, quirks, and idiosyncracies will be measured against.

Oh. And attempting to imitate my "accent" annoys me. No one can actually do it well.

Every time I go to California I get teased about my Wisconsin accent. I don't ever notice it except when I say: Don't= Do-unt or do-int No= No-uh I don't always say them that way, but occasionally I catch myself. Apparently I say "about" funny...everyone everywhere says so. Oh well. No one in New England has made fun of me...I wonder why.

It's not an accent, it's just cheese blockage.
