In regards to the touch up, it looks flat and kind of splotchy(is that a word?) in spots. The edge around your hair does not blend into the background very well either. Sort of a distraction.

some of them are cute but its so expensive because in NY its not pageant town and there are hardly any photographers that can do this and the retouching the way they can in pageant areas . . .

i dont see what I AM DOING that is so wrong, i am not pushing my kid i already am a woman lol so if anyone on here is interested in shooting some images like this -- i need a bunch of different looks so i can use multiple shoots trying the same thing

I don't think you're doing anything wrong... I think those retouchers are doing something wrong... they're doing bad retouching...

Yes it is close I agree, but to me it is pure crap. It appears that you take a professional photo and then try to make it look like soemthing out of an Instamatic. To each their own, but ......................
