Hi, I'm planing to do TFCD with a model 17 years old.
There will be no nudity.
Any sugestions how to manage the model release ?
Do I need any kind of parent or guardian permission ?
I understand that this kind of question might sound silly, but I'm not familiar with these issues.
Thanks
Al

according to Michigan law a parent or guardian must sign the release and be present.

I would also recommend to avoid sheer or anything provocative.

Make sure both parent and model understand the terms and follows through with recognition

arguments can start when model receives her images in excitement and begins posting all over the Internet without recognition

Or stamp the images to studio logo and name

not sure of the laws in NJ, but i woud definitely say you need a parents/legal guardian (not her 18 y/o G/f or B/f) to sign the release, ask for a copy of their ID's too

yep, nothing sheer, nothing even close to it.

(i had a 17 y/o in a bikini start fiddling with herself on a runway shoot in front of a nightclub crowd, cuz she thought it would be a good idea to work up the crowd, (we had the club security pull her off the stage pronto)

keep a chaparone on hand for yourself
