Good luck with that ;-)

You could try standing three models one behind the other, that way one is sure to be in focus.

your problem is not the camera. It's the way it was developed! You need to ask your photo lab person to develop the foreground first, and the background second! Trust me, i work in a photo lab!

I think you might be right. They gave me an envelope that had an option for doubles but I didn't check it.

Oh No!!! Not doubles!! That will give you a drunk blurred look. Should be a "special instructions" section. If not, just add that to the envelope. They'll know what to do. They are highly trained high school drop outs after all!

PYPI- did you try taking a picture without a model in it and see what happens?

Yes I did. I took a picture of the inside of my back pocket when I sat on the camera. It was nothing spectacular.

take it off "auto" set your focus point to the center one - press and hold the shutter button half way to acquire focus lock and then reposition the frame - press the shutter the rest of the way to obtain the capture.

your camera is probably using all focus point in AI Servo mode and is taking the capture from the wrong focus point.

I'm looking at my camera and I have no way to execute the things you are talking about. Should I return it?

I think you should probably start out with a more simple camera, it seems as though this one is too difficult for you.

You might be right. The part where you have to turn the dial before each shot confuses me. Not only that, the models look at me with disdain when I get them all ready and press the little round button only to see that nothing has happened. I see them whispering to each other. I don't think they are saying nice things about me.

You should take a class at a community college and learn some techniques!

I am ashamed to say I have never taken a photography course. I see that guy Nigel Barker do it on America's Next Top Model and it looks pretty easy so I figure I would just give it a try. Anyway, I heard it's easier to approach chicks with a camera. So far it has not worked with this camera but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

You must have really loved that kite considering you ran into the ocean to retrieve it.

I hear ya. I thought the gatekeepers were suppose to have some kind of minimum standard. There ought to be a quiz or something.

Dude!  If you bought it at Target it's probably been returned a dozen times. If you take yours back they're just put it back on the shelf and sell it to the next sucker.

Walgreens is great.  You get one of those boxes and shoot the neighbor chick in her skivvies from your apartment window.  Take the box back and get your prints an hour later.  You can even get the pictures on a disk and edit the pictures on your computer and make some fuzzy closeups.  Four of those are enough to get on you on here and then you can get more models to shoot with your new camera.

That's what I did.

Not true, i work at Targt and once a camera is open it gets defected and sent back to the manufacture

I believe you. The foil and box the camera came in was sealed so I'm sure it was not a return.
