I was wondering how much do photographers charges for comp cards and the amount of comp cards.

For test shoots, what is the standard rate for this?

You should really figure out your own test shoot rate by figuring out your costs and how much you want to make.  Prices can vary widely from region to region.  The average low to high here in Philadelphia for instance is $200-$1200, but in New York which is only an hour or so away, it is $400-$2000...

As far as comp cards, there are many many many comp card services out there that charge far less than any photographer could begin to dream about.  Models should be getting representation before getting comp cards though, and then the Agent/manager should help them select the photos and layout appropriate to their market and the model's best target audience.
