Here's one of my favorite things in the whole wide world. And it's easy too!

Take a fresh tomato and slice it in half
Put a small amount of Olive Oil on the halves (not the skin.. just the sliced part)
Sprinkle garlic salt. I like it with a lot of garlic salt.
Cake with Oregano or Italian seasoning.
Crushed pepper

Bake 350 for about 20 min in a Pyrex dish.

Would it make a difference if you eat it with the other end? You know, the one with the teeth... I can imagine that suppositoried food would burn me like crazy too. tongue
