Expecially in "The Best Man". He's pulls off that character flawlessly, and works great with the cast. Carina Feb 28 06 02:03 pm Link He's very handsome. I'm just waiting for him to come out of the closet. Feb 28 06 02:11 pm Link He was in every movie I saw last year! Brad Pitt is great, but only when he plays a villain or psycho. And how could we forget Kevin Spacey? Feb 28 06 03:04 pm Link Niesha Studio wrote: alan rickman is the man Feb 28 06 03:07 pm Link I think he is excellent, I always thought Denzel was over-rated. If Terrence does a comedy, he'd be at the top of my list. Samuel L Jackson has a comedic edge to his work, and it rounds him out. Even when he is menacing, he has a sense of humor about it. Feb 28 06 08:02 pm Link Samuel L Jackson is the same in almost every movie. You know at some point he's going to explode. He was at his best in Pulp Fiction and Changing Lanes. Don Cheadle is great. Lots of range. See Hotel Rawanda. Terrence is the man though from his small but kick ass performance in Crash to a pimp in Hustle and Flow. I also saw Animal with Ving Rames and he was good in that too. Mar 01 06 12:57 am Link Nerlande wrote: why why why? Mar 01 06 04:57 pm Link I think it's funny that people are starting to recognize Terrance Howard now. He's always been an amazing actor. Jamie Fox? Not even close. Here's my list: 1. Denzel Washington 2. Russel Crowe 3. Terrance Howard 4. Al Pacino 5. Ben Stiler (not the best actor but he's hilarious) Mar 01 06 05:12 pm Link Niesha Studio wrote: You are pure genius. Who could forget a classic like The Usual Suspects. Good ol Kaiser Soze!! :-) I like T.H., he puts alot of feeling and experience into his roles. LOVE Johnny Depp, Denzel, Don Cheadle, Al Pacino, Sean Penn, Robert Deniro, John Travolta, and any man that plays Bond!! (Gotta love Sean Connery!) LOL I respect the performance Jamie gave in Ray, he deserved an Oscar for that, but I'm still not convinced he is an "All-around" actor like the others aforementioned. Granted, his name alone will fill seats, which is indeed the point, but I don't think he's one of the greatest actors of our time. Now singing?? Oh yeah, he's got it!! But hey, that's just my opinion, he'll make 20 million per regardless....
