YES THE COOKING SPRAY...I USE IT QUITE A BIT... SPRAYS AS A LITE MIST, AND NOT AS HEAVY AS BABY OIL

LMAO,
Where were you guys last week when I pulled the Pam out in the studio and my MUA looked at me like I was crazy? The model flipped out as well. LOL

It's an old trick we use in bodybuilding, works great under the lights. Just donnt use the garlic flavored one!

:-)

I have just done some swimwear shots and I used Dry Baby Oil Spray.  Its not as shiney as the oil or gel and it smells gorgeous!  Its a Johnson and Johnson one.

Sanctuary Body Moisture Spray - smells divine!
Nuxe dry body oil - also smells gorgeous and you can buy it with gold flecks as well

Also you can use Quench lotion by oil Olay...it gives a nice sheen not too shine but a nice glow...another thread talked about pam cooking spray...and man does it work good...but it gives a nice gloss and not too messy or oily like baby oil can do...

If you're shooting outdoors, I wouldn't recommend PAM though.  More than likely, the model would literallly cook.

But folks, the real question is does the Pam keep the model from sticking to the skillet? 'Cause we all know there's nothing worse than stuck up models. I mean stuck-on, sorry.

you can use a baby oil jell but i agree pam is the best only it might make you hungy as it smells like butter, ohh and i wouldnt use it out side either it will attract bugs, and wild life smile..Mandy

Depends...

PAM (oil spray for cooking) can make the skin turn green if the model uses a tanning product. When I do stage fitness competitions, this happens and you think you are standing next to Hulk's descendants.

A better choice can be Mango Butter from The Body Shop:(http://www.epinions.com/The_Body_Shop_M … y_~reviews)

Or, simply use Almond Oil (You can put in a spray bottle).

Also, my good friend Mohamed Mohsen makes and sells the fantastic "Dream Tan #1" out of Hollywood, CA (www.dreamtan.com).  This is a stage tanner with bronzer in it. This product IS out of this world and makes the skin glow and tanned....darkness can be adjusted as necessary. I am sponsored by him and have used this product at competitions for the past 3 years, and I ALWAYS get complimented on my skin tone.  It is also very nice for photos.

Any of these can be ordered through the net. I hope this was helpful.

Best,
M-onika

Nothing looks or smells better on a woman's skin than pure coconut oil.
If used sparingly it won't be too shiny, it gives a deep luster and glow, the scent will knock you out.
You may have to order it from the islands...these little bottles from Tahiti are the real thing:

I use a mix of Revlon skin lights, lotion and some foundation to even out any uneven tones in the models skin, messy but works great!

i had to reply again.....PAM PAM PAM, it works like gangbusters...check out my profile with pic of the boxer.... we used pam the first time this past weekend and it work...it's not greasy either, it apllied evenly and gave a nice shine...before i applied it i had the model apply lotion just as a precaution to protect her skin..
Less mess
shine
in a great spray can Pam is the way...

Yeah I second the Revlon Skin Lights.  Mix it with some body oil and it gives the lovliest sheen.
