It seems that you have only one expression.

In one of the photos, you look like you are 13 years old. There are some that I would take off immediately.

Ask some make up artist at your local Bloomingdales to apply your makeup and ask for tips on how to use it.

All the best

Step 1: Find a local photographer.

I mean, your own pictures get the point across of your facial features and if someone finds you potential to work with. But it's always a lot more (professional and) presentable when you have photos done by a good photographer, not someone local. ie; your average, run of the mill hotel photographer (gross?).

That stuff's common sense, though. I think I really just felt like typing.

I rather tell you which ones to keep!

1st row, first picture

2nd row, three and four

3rd row, two and three (reluctantly, but keep those)

4rd row, one, three, four

5th row, one, two, maybe three.

But that is only my opinion... but I think if you look at those seperately... it may improve your port.

The avatar pic is the FIRST one I would delete... frontal flat flash blowout... no good that's why it's not on the list to keep.

My suggestion for the avatar pic... use the "Gaze" one... although I'd crop it a little bit on the side... that is a nice photo.

I think that with that photo the angle is a little off and that takes away from your facial expression...maybe the photo should be facing you more from the lower left
