Large Photography Studio for Rent with high-end Lighting Equipment

Includes large 18x36 studio space and also 10x12 lounge area with restroom/shower.  $75/hour

Rates are $300 for 1/2 day (4 hours) and $575/day (greater than 4 hours). A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a date, which will be applied toward the balance due. A $50 cleaning deposit is required. Full payment is required on the day of the shoot before usage, without exception. You can pay with credit card, Paypal, certified check (for advanced payments) or cash.  Rates are negotiable for multiple-day rental and/or repeat clients. Cleaning deposits will be refunded after a full inspection of the premises after renter vacates. Return of deposit check can be picked up or will be mailed after 5 business days from the final booked day.

Profoto Studio Lights (D4 2400R, 4 Acute Strobes)
Profoto Acute Ringflash, Profoto Acute Extension Cables
Profoto/Elinchrom Softboxes, Octadomes, Reflectors
Light Stands, Booms, California Sunbounce Reflectors, other reflectors
Posing Stools/Table, Various muslins
Seamless Paper backgrounds (add $25)
Assistant and stylist services can be arranged

Lighting Equipment Rental = $75/hour

Studio & Lighting Equipment Rental Fee = $150/hour

** Rental contract must be signed before time of studio rental

Would love to know more about your space.  I just moved to the area and would like to find a space to do regular testing in.  Can you please send me some images of the studio?  Does it have a daylight at all?  Thanks for all your time.
