Just found an awesome free website host/builder.  You can drag & drop wherever you want and its AD FREE (except for the small wix.com ad at the bottom)

If you're looking for an easy way to design and publish a website I have to say I am thoroughly impressed!  I'll probably end up subscribing if I eventually go over my bandwidth, but until then I'll be smiling:)
