I would not be tired of it if it could be done in a unique way.  Just the model standing there, usually topless with a gas mask on...*yaaaaaaaawn*

Just combine them all... caution tape, gas mask, angel wings, lying on rose petals, m&m's on the crotch, surprised/oops take, and all while giving the finger. Then we can all just move on... Probably missed like 15 others... Anyway, you get the idea!

Never done one, nor do I have the desire too tongue

Been done wayyyyyy too many times. Never seen one all that unique from the others to be perfectly honest. If I use one, it is out of fear of a biological or chemical attack. wink

If they're poorly done, sure. I'm over my limit.

If they're well done, I welcome them.

You might want to review some of the other things people consider overdone as well. The ultimate cliché list thread lists over 100 so-called cliches, organized by category, and has a list of over 50 of the other MM cliche threads.

Which do you think has been done more?

A) Gas Masks
B) Picture of just a womans eye
C) Model posing with the "broken limbs" look
D) Model all dolled up with a blank expression

If I could find train tracks that ran through a cemetery with a brick wall next to it I would be set!  Then, out would come the gas mask and caution tape.

"Cliche" images don't ever bother me so long as they are well done.

Guitars. caution tape. hand bra.  Who cares?  A great shot is a great shot.

There's nothing new under the sun.

Unless we begin to create genetically altered models with extra limbs, extra eyes, or extra something....

then we'll have to re-do all the cliche' photos
