And just for fun, I'll throw in a salary I'd offer you per hr. We'll say $100/hr is average just to get an idea of where you would stack up. Or, I may ask you to intern if I feel you would be a help, but you still have some things to learn.

Also, I may ask others to join my hiring team so be prepared to receive ratings from them as well.
