Work on more interesting composition, and better light control, and ease back on experimental Photoshop filters. My 2 cents.

Eliminate about 50% of your images, I know you paid for the membership but just because you can post 60 dosen't mean you should.  More doesn't always mean better, sometimes it just waters down the best material.
