what were you trying to do? If it was make her look dead or near death, you did well. She's mottled and bluish looking and has dark bags.

perhaps cloning out the pimples and whiten the eyes, and reduce some of the warmth

I think you are quite on the wrong track...whatever you did on her cheek and around looks slimey....

to be honest you somehow managed the before look like its the after.

She had a lot of great skin texture in the before that you destroyed with blur in the after...

Her skin looks all smudgy, and you didn't even remove the blemishes... you just kinda smeared them around.  And you need to take more time to clean up the eye makeup- it looks really sloppy.  And why are her eyebrows smudged and blue/black?  Eyebrows are very important- they define the face.  They need to be clean-shaped, sharp, and a flattering color.
