On first blush my main critique would be that your work seems very heavy-handed in general.

Specifically, the skin tones are messed up on many due to (what seems to be) a lot blurring. The reds are way over-saturated due to increased contrast, and the lips look pasted-on in many images.

You seem to have a pretty good eye for what needs to be fixed in a given image. Now you should work on making your work more transparent. Most clients don't want an image to scream "photoshopped." Keep practicing and I'm sure you'll continue to improve!
