Ok if done a lil dodging and burning on the picture...but if you look at her leg the skin looks rough with no skin to sample from what should I do.. I would like to maintain some texture in the skin ..

Three steps:

1. Imagenomic Portraiture
2. Blank layer in color mode, painted to even out color
3. A trace of noise added to a few smooth areas
