Not really in my opinion.
I'm not sure why you have chosen to give her that saturated orange-ish hue but it doesnt work at all. If you want a warm image you may want to apply the same to the whole image.
The face also has an overall low opacity blurred feel to it.

simply put, it looks crazy fake...the red ornage needs to be toned down, or at least applied in to some degree in the whole image....and the skin is really just blurred not smooth....take that back too..

I dig it, I guess your going for porcilin doll skin, but it's not shinny nor does it look like a porcilin doll skin color
