Hello everyone =]

I am looking for harsh crit on my retouches. I have a good 5 years of Photoshop under my belt, the last 2 professionally..but most of it has no been with retouching, and I recently got into it about 3 years ago.

I realize I have a lot of improvements to make and my work is nowhere near professional or even good, so I'd like to open it up to the real pros.

They are numbered up to 4 in order to date (4 being most recent). There are so little because I have only decided to formally include only works I've used from here because credit can be given and the quality is much higher than randomly browsing the web.

I know some of my flaws...like for instance in Touch Up 1 the skin is uneven, and I practiced a lot in Touch Up 3 to even out the tones and keep the texture realistic. And I think I have some problems with lighting as well. Also, in the last one (Touch Up 4) the original was out of focus and I seemed to have a hard time getting the right sharpening (I'm familiar with the High Pass technique so that is what I used, but it still doesn't seem right.)

you picked wrong kind of images to practice on. I say find some simple face shots first and then expand.

I was looking for critique about what I'm doing wrong/right. See, I know the methods in the links and I have since I got into manips...and I use them as well...

Just wondering if I was good or not, but they're shit like I thought haha I just needed confirmation. Its just play though, only for fun...Nothing serious or anything.
