Criticism and pointers on the following image would be greatly appreciated...

I think it's a tad too over edited.  It's starting to look too "painted/airbrushed" especially in the eyes, which just look kinda weird. XD Also, I think leaving the highlights on his face and nose would look good.  Men don't usually need a lot of editing in my opinion because the scruffiness of heavily textured skin actually makes them look good.  Hahahaha, but that's just my opinion...I like my men tough!

But overall, it's not too bad.  I would just watch out to not airbrush too much. ^_^

Thanks for the feedback. I actually redid the eyes completely and I agree they just look too fake. I wasn't sure if it was because I knew what had been done that they seemed off or if they just genuinely were weird looking. Thanks for your comments. Keep 'em coming.
