It's a lot different from what I have in my portfolio.

Would it be a worthy addition?

It's very good.  The only thing that bothers me about it is her eyes seem to be open farther than normal.

I wouldn't add it if I were you. I dont think it is up to par with your other shots but the lighting looks great! Plus her eyes look like she is going to kill you smile

Thanks for the comments everyone.

She does have piercing eyes.

What do you think about this one instead?

This one is better but she's not smiling.  Also needs some touch-up.

The second one does need some touch up....  But actually, I prefer the first.  Lighting is great (more dramatic than #2), and it has wonderful color tones.  I also like the fact that she looks a little psycho (facial expression + lighting).  Not in love with what she's wearing... but those eyes, that curly hair, and the makeup are killer.  Effective depth of field, and its nice that you didn't completely blow highlights all over the background window.  Love the shot.

What needs to be touched up in the second pic? Her moles?

I do like the first shot better. It's just different from what I usually shoot. I think I will go exploring a bit.

I think on the 1st one the holloween lighting  is what might  be scaring people. The catch light is way low. The 2nd is better, but compared to the stuff in you port....well your port is awsome!
