I like the eyebrows and the awesome cheekbones (yes so I'm female and single sue me! ) and stuff. If I were you I'd clean up the skin, remove the spots and just do some d&b to even it out. Males are supposed to have rougher skin and skin texture kept- with minor retouching and good amount of contouring but this contouring looks fake.
