Hi!

I started retouching about two months ago, and I really feel like I have improved and learned a lot since then. However, I am certain that there are many things I have not yet learned to see, so now I am asking for any critique I can get on my latest retouch so that I will be able to further improve my retouching skills. smile

Looks good to me!  The only thing that bothers me are the stray hairs on the ear and how they just stop at the background.  I would either find away to remove them completely, or just let thew go into the background.

look kinda cg like...maybe, a bit high on sharpen. her neck looks weird to me, losing some shape there. her face is also whiter than the rest. overall, lookin flat (probably better to keep some shadows to make her look more dimensional).

Very nice.  The only thing I would do, is to clean up the hairline on the forehead, as you have all those little stray hairs that are growing below the main hairline, and I'd also shrink her ears down a tad.   Other than that, your work is great.

I've seen other retoucher's work, who have been doing it for years, and you've already passed them with your skills.  I'm wondering, what will your work look like after you've been doing it for a year?  Very good, I'm sure.
