I did a gym shoot yesterday and the model was obscenely fit and didn't break a sweat so I tried using water droplets but they ran off too quickly. Baby oil was too thin as well

What would be good for faking sweat droplets?

I mix suntan oil - not lotion - and water, shake vigorously and spray from a spray bottle. Model needs to rub in first layer, but second layer stays as droplets for 10-15 minutes. Cheaper than glycerin, and I think it works better, for any wet look to the skin.

That or glycerin (lol), although I would test the mix BEFORE adding too much of either water or g.

Start with half half, then add as you see fit.

Another solution is olive oil, but that's kinda messy, and model would leave smelling of pizza.

lol, not for you it's not. But you'll have to provide showering access, and make sure you account for the drippings as they are very slippery too. If carpet, then you'll get stains unless you cover the floor. It's the most complicated of the 3 suggested solutions, but this one works like a charm and for just a few cents too.
